About This Office
ForwardDental Franklin is a well-established, patient-centered practice dedicated to delivering high-quality dental care in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are seeking a Dental Hygienist who is motivated, engaging, and committed to providing exceptional patient care.
Position Details
- Part-time Dental Hygienist position
- Schedule:
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene services
- Conduct periodontal assessments, charting, and patient education
- Partner with the doctor and team to deliver comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Support a positive and efficient clinical workflow
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking, collaborative, and engaging personality
- Ability to build trust and rapport with patients
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and contributing to a positive team culture
- Experience with digital dental software and technology preferred
Qualifications:
- Current dental hygienist license
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
Preferred Experience
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
- Clinical needs as required by office
- Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
