Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for a diverse range of patients, including children, to assess their physical capabilities and limitations.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that align with each patient's goals, utilizing evidence-based practices and interventions.
• Regularly reassess patients' clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate treatment efficacy, track progress toward goals, and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment progress reports, and care plans using the clinic's electronic health record system.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic processes, recovery expectations, and challenges they may encounter along their healing journey.
• Meet or exceed minimum patient utilization goals and contribute to other business objectives established by the organization.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues from other disciplines to ensure a comprehensive approach for patients receiving multiple services.
• Act as an ambassador for Renew Motion Therapy's mission and values, promoting a culture of compassion and dedication to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population that includes children and adults with varying diagnoses and treatment requirements. Your role will require a flexible approach as you tailor therapeutic interventions to meet the specific needs of each patient regardless of age, race, or ethnicity, ensuring culturally sensitive care.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice physical therapy in New Jersey, granted by the State Board of Physical Therapy.
• A willingness to conduct both in-person and telehealth evaluations and treatment sessions, adapting to the needs of patients.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of patients, exhibiting a strong desire to improve their health and well-being.
• A proactive approach to adapting to changes in the healthcare landscape and demonstrating agility in a dynamic work environment.
• A proven track record of collaboration, with a focus on team dynamics and exceptional customer service.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with a multidisciplinary team in a rehabilitation center or similar healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and the ability to efficiently manage patient documentation.
• Prior experience in pediatric therapy is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits
