Requirements

• Must have experience with Cerner and Stroke NIH.
• Willing to float to the needs of the facility, including PCU, telemetry, and med-surge.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
• Supervise staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
• Accountable for ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.
• Support the facility CNO to ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
