Systems Engineer

Salary: $90,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

• We need 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in a similar technical support or systems role.
• We are looking for strong expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity.
• We expect advanced analytical and troubleshooting abilities to resolve complex technical problems.

• We are seeking someone comfortable with full-time, in-person work and participation in an on-call rotation.

• We lead technical initiatives and support a variety of client environments with both proactive and reactive service.
• We oversee system design, analysis, and disaster recovery planning to keep IT operations running smoothly.
• We deploy, configure, and maintain on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
• We diagnose and resolve escalated technical incidents while delivering excellent customer support.
• We document systems, procedures, and client environments accurately and in a timely manner.
• We collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and technical outcomes.
• We participate in an after-hours on-call rotation as needed.
• We work with Hyper-V, VMware, Azure, Active Directory, SQL, Exchange, networking, security protocols, and automation or scripting tools.
• We perform root cause analysis and solve complex IT issues.
• We manage implementations, migrations, and upgrades for business-critical systems.
• We use automation and process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• We maintain records in ConnectWise and ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
• We uphold service levels and performance goals while building strong client relationships.
