Hourly Wage $17 - $30 per hour . The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional Compensation Performance incentives may be paid annually or quarterly. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, such as schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Job Overview Remodel associates assist facilities through the remodel process. Duties include working with the fixture warehouse, dismantling and setting up new fixtures and displays, and cleaning areas that have been remodeled. Associates also assist customers while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
