Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic tax planning and proactive solutions
• Lead and review tax engagements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse industries
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business development and client acquisition
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Manage engagement budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years of public accounting experience
• 5+ years supervisory experience
• Active CPA or EA license required
• Proven ability to manage client engagements from start to finish
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel as needed

Pay range and compensation package

• Base Salary: $135k up to $200K
• Bonuses: Individual + Team Performance
