Job Description
CT Tech Position - Per Diem

Schedule

Shifts available on:

• Fridays: 2pm - 10:30pm
• Saturdays: 7am - 3:30pm and 3pm - 11:30pm
• Sundays: 3pm - 11:30pm

Job Description

The CT Technologist will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with department protocols and relevant regulations. The individual will serve as the first line of customer interaction, ensuring the imaging needs are met effectively. The role involves participation in performance improvement and quality control activities, along with the responsibility for processing and transmission of images to PACS.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have current CRT issued by CDPH.
• Fluoroscopy permit by CDPH must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Venipuncture certificate must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• ARRT-R certification required.
• Proficiency in state and federal regulations.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certification.
• Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT or ABHES.
• Preferred: At least one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist.
• EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills necessary.
