Job Description

Performance Contracting is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Contract Administrator for its Masthead Rigging 521 operations based in Tempe, AZ . This key branch role provides administrative, accounting, payroll, purchasing, and project support to help daily operations run efficiently.

Job responsibilities include:

• Support payroll processing, billing, collections, accounts payable, and insurance administration.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Process packing slips, verify deliveries, and reconcile receiving documentation with POs and invoices.
• Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation.
• Support contract and subcontract administration.
• Assist Branch Managers, Project Managers, Estimators, and field personnel with administrative and project-related tasks.
• Maintain accurate records, project files, and compliance documentation.

Pay range: $21.20 - $28.36

Basic Requirements

• At least 2 years of office administration experience.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with payroll, accounts payable, billing, and collections.
• Experience creating POs and processing packing slips.
• Construction or contract administration experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
• Local to the Tempe/Phoenix area.
