Memory Care Coordinator
Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
Role: Memory Care Leader Oversee daily operations of the memory care neighborhood, ensuring a safe, engaging, and person-centered environment. Partner with healthcare professionals and families to develop individualized care plans. Train, mentor, and support staff to maintain high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards. Support residents with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, promoting their well-being and quality of life. Support residents with Alzheimer’s and other dementias, promoting their well-being and quality of life. Qualifications & Skills Leadership experience in senior or memory care settings. Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills. Knowledge of dementia care practices and regulatory requirements. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families.
