Part-Time Accountant

Terms I am at least 18 years old I am legally authorized to work in the United States On behalf of our client in Duluth, MN, we are seeking a versatile, reliable, and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant / Office Specialist to join their team. We are looking for a dynamic candidate who excels at wearing multiple hats—from handling core bookkeeping to supporting office operations and providing top‑on\-top customer service. Work Schedule: Part-time | Monday-Friday | Flexible hours Responsibilities: Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee daily AP/AR processes, manage collections, issue invoices, and process vendor payments accurately and on time. Bookkeeping & Reporting: Maintain financial records in QuickBooks, generate regular financial reports, and assist with account reconciliations. Logistics & Coordination: Support logistics workflows, tracking shipments/orders, and collaborating with operational teams to streamline processes. Data Entry & Operations: Perform fast, highly accurate data entry using 10-key numeric input and Microsoft Office tools. Customer Service & General Office Support: Serve as a welcoming and professional contact for clients, vendors, and team members, assisting with general office tasks as needed. Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in an accounting type role Software Proficiency: Proven experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). High reliability, strong communication skills, excellent problem‑solving ability, and a desire for long‑term stability in this role. Speed & Accuracy: Strong 10-key skills with low error rates.
