At Ray Givens State Farm we are a leading insurance agency known for delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Receptionist .

ABOUT OUR AGENCY
When I opened my agency in 2020, I wanted to create the kind of workplace I would have wanted to be part ofone where relationships come first, people are supported, and everyone has the opportunity to grow. Before becoming an agent, I spent several years with State Farm, including serving as an Agent Coach, where I had the opportunity to help other agents and team members succeed. That experience continues to shape how I lead my team today.

I'm a Texas native who grew up in Lufkin and graduated from the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Outside of the office, I enjoy giving back to the community by organizing our annual Back to School Bash, volunteering at local events, and officiating youth football games.

Our office works hard, celebrates wins together, and genuinely enjoys supporting one another. I want my team to feel challenged, encouraged, and confident they're building a careernot just working a job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet clients both in person and over the phone, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team members.
• Manage office communications and coordinate appointment scheduling effectively.
• Assist in responding to inquiries and maintaining accurate client records.
• Engage with prospective and existing clients, discussing their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow up on client requirements.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and projects to maintain smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients professionally.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Comfort and confidence in engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
