Medella Collective is growing, and we are looking for exceptional physical therapists to join our private-pay, whole-person practice in Weatherford, Texas. We are currently hiring for: Orthopedic and manual physical therapy Pelvic health physical therapy Full-time positions of 30 to 40 hours per week Part-time positions of 15 to 24 hours per week If you became a physical therapist to think deeply, work with your hands, solve complex problems, and give each patient your full attention, Medella Collective was built for that kind of care. This is not a high-volume clinic where you juggle multiple patients, race against the clock, or shape every treatment around insurance restrictions. At Medella, you will work one-on-one with each patient for 60 minutes or longer. You will have the time and clinical freedom to listen to the whole story, look beyond the location of symptoms, and provide thoughtful, hands-on care that creates lasting change. We want you to leave at the end of the day proud of the work you did, not depleted by the number of patients you were expected to push through. Treatment may include skilled manual therapy, movement retraining, patient education, progressive exercise, and return-to-performance care. We are especially interested in clinicians with training or experience in Functional Manual Therapy, visceral manipulation, craniosacral therapy, complex orthopedic conditions, persistent pain, active adults, athletes, or other advanced hands-on approaches. Pelvic Health Physical Therapy Our pelvic health therapists provide comprehensive care for pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, bladder or bowel dysfunction, core and pressure-management issues, and related orthopedic conditions. Treatment may include skilled internal or external manual therapy, movement retraining, patient education, and progressive exercise as clinically appropriate. Pelvic health candidates must have pelvic health training and the competency to provide care independently.
