Dental Marketing & Community Engagement Manager Normandy Lake Dentistry | Full-Time | In-House Role At Normandy Lake Dentistry, we don’t just provide dental care — we create experiences. This is an in-house leadership role, not an agency liaison position. You’ll drive strategy, execution, and creativity across social media, PR, community partnerships, and internal marketing, shaping how our practice shows up both online and in real life. THE ROLE As our Dental Marketing & Community Engagement Manager, you’ll lead all internal marketing efforts while building meaningful relationships throughout our community. You’ll collaborate with leadership, office teams, and external partners to ensure our brand is consistent, compelling, and growing. What You’ll Own Marketing & Brand Strategy Develop and execute dental-specific marketing strategies that increase patient acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty Own and manage social media strategy, content creation, posting cadence, and performance tracking Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, offices, and materials Community & PR Engagement Plan and execute PR stunts, community activations, and local events Build partnerships with schools, local businesses, medical offices, and community organizations Represent Normandy Lake Dentistry at community events and outreach initiatives Content, Design & Experience Create and oversee marketing materials including digital content, signage, in-office displays, and promotional collateral Capture and curate social content from offices and events Elevate patient experience through creative campaigns and communication touchpoints Internal Marketing & Operations Support Support office teams with internal marketing initiatives and patient communication tools Monitor key conversion metrics such as scheduling, call answer rates, and online engagement Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Minimum 3 years of experience in dental or healthcare marketing (required) Proven experience managing social media, branding, and community-based marketing Strong understanding of dental patient acquisition strategies Experience planning events, partnerships, and PR-style activations Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills Comfortable working cross-functionally with leadership and office teams Organized, creative, proactive, and confident taking ownership WHY NORMANDY LAKE DENTISTRY Mission-driven culture focused on people first Opportunity to build and lead marketing internally Creative freedom paired with real business impact A leadership team that values innovation and initiative A role that blends strategy, creativity, and community connection We’d love to meet you if you’re ready to own the brand, grow community presence, and make dentistry feel human and exciting.
