Senior Accounting Manager

Hiring a Senior Accounting Manager to manage financial reporting, accounting operations, and internal controls while identifying ways to improve efficiency. The role will collaborate with finance leadership, supervise AP and Billing, and assist with audits, M&A initiatives, and accounting system improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end close, general ledger activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and prepare management reports.
• Coordinate audits and maintain internal controls and compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable and billing operations.
• Improve accounting processes, reporting efficiency, and financial systems.
• Support acquisitions, financial due diligence, and integration.
• Lead and develop the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong U.S. GAAP and financial reporting knowledge.
• Public accounting or audit experience preferred. xhyhwjd
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or Qlik experience a plus.
• Experience with ERP and general ledger systems
