Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Dust, clean and polish: desks, chairs, fixtures, flooring, walls, fittings, etc.

·         Dilute chemicals as needed using pre-determined instructions

·         Apply chemicals and solvents to surfaces to remove stains, dirt, grease, etc. easily and effectively.

·         Comply with all safety policies and procedures that are related to tasks (ie: gloves, ladder safety, etc.)

·         Clean using necessary equipment: (ie: floor scrubber, buffer, vacuum, mop, bucket, etc.)

·         Must maintain a valid Driver License, reliable vehicle with automobile insurance

·         Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  While performing this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.  The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with arms and hands.  The position involves standing, walking, bending, or twisting, pushing, pulling and carrying up to 50 pounds.  This position is typically indoors; environmentally controlled.  The employee is potentially exposed to disease or infections, contaminants.  The employee may find the noise levels can be distracting or uncomfortable at times.

Additional Notes: Employee must be available during hours of business operations, currently: Sunday through Saturday 7am to 11pm.
