Urgent Care Clinical Concierge: Patient Experience

Texas Health Resources is seeking a passionate Clinical Concierge for their Urgent Care locations in Flower Mound, Texas. This role entails guiding patients through their urgent care visit, ensuring exceptional service while assisting providers with various clinical tasks. Qualifications include a H.S. Diploma and certification as a Medical Assistant or LVN. The position offers a Full-Time schedule with rotating shifts. In addition, the role includes a range of responsibilities such as measuring patient vitals, performing lab tests, and ensuring patient documentation is precise within the EPIC system.
