Position: BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a BCBA to join our team in Denver, CO area. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing behavioral therapy services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and experience working with children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans

- Provide direct ABA services to clients, including behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs

- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members on implementing treatment plans

- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure coordination of care and continuity of services

- Monitor and track client progress through data collection and analysis

- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and treatment goals

- Stay updated on current research and best practices in the field of ABA and implement new techniques as appropriate

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client services and progress

- Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of work

Qualifications:

- Current BCBA certification in good standing

- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities

- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques

- Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes and community settings
