Veterinary Client Service Representative

Description

Horseshoe Lake Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time Client Service Representative to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Collinsville, IL.

About You

You’ll play a key role in shaping each client and patient experience by delivering seamless, start-to-finish support across a busy, multi-service clinic. Your impact will span everything from warmly welcoming clients, coordinating appointments, and guiding urgent and routine visits, to supporting daily operations across primary care, urgent care, grooming, boarding and daycare services.

Your Experience & Skills

· Minimum 2 years of Client Service experience strongly preferred

· Experience in a clinical veterinary setting is a plus!

· Superior/advanced interpersonal skills

· Possesses a positive work attitude

· Self-motivated

· Excellent communication and organization skills

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $15 – $18 / hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
