If you have a passion for manufacturing and a knack for leadership, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily production activities and manage workflow to meet production schedules.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to enhance their skills and performance.Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.Collaborate with other departments, including quality assurance and maintenance, to resolve production issues.Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to ensure quality standards are met.Prepare and maintain production reports, documenting progress and any challenges encountered.Foster a positive team culture that encourages communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.Proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.Familiarity with production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing setting.You should be proficient in:Production OptimizationProduction Planning & Scheduling
