What You'll Do As a Boochcraft Northern California Field Marketing Specialist, you will ensure that Boochcraft Hard Kombucha and Mood Functional Drinks maintain a strong brand presence in your market. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to implement product samplings, promotions, and trainings to both industry professionals and consumers. You will act as an expert on all things Boochcraft, developing a deep understanding of the target consumer, lifestyle, brand positioning and differentiators to identify opportunities to meet goals. You will drive visibility and loyalty among gatekeepers, bartenders and consumers to create trial and adoption opportunities within Northern California, particularly in the San Francisco, North Bay and East Bay areas. Act as a valued brand resource and advocate for Boochcraft and Mood. Maintain awareness of best practices, trends, and brand standards. Implement brand and trade marketing strategies in the market. Develop and engage in on‑premise (bar/restaurant/taproom) activations in assigned target accounts. Organize and execute sampling events in local off‑premise retail, grocery, and community engagement events. Execute events as approved by manager. Deliver engaging brand and category educational presentations for trade and consumers. Ensure POS and promotional collateral is up‑to‑date and visible in accounts. Maintain standards across products and POS, making real‑time adjustments as needed. Gather real‑time photo and video content to share with the social media team. Create and maintain relationships with key market stakeholders, including local trade community, influencers and partners. Provide positive and memorable experiences for consumers. Leverage social media and other tools to promote sales within community and designated territory. Participate in debriefs with team to effectively decipher strengths and opportunities for events, POS and activations. Complete quantitative and qualitative reports as needed, including competitive brand observations. Adhere to T&E and activation budgets. Increase brand awareness by partnering with sales team to activate assigned accounts. Capture event execution in appropriate reporting tool. Field‑based position spending 4.5 days/week activating the market, 0.5 days administrative and/or event sourcing. Audit 3rd‑party agency personnel in the field as directed by manager. Nontraditional working hours, typical schedule could be Wednesday to Sunday, Noon to 8 pm. Work schedule follows consumer shopping and event trends, additional hours may be expected as‑needed. Achieve assigned goals. Priorities adjusted by manager. Position reports to the Sales Manager. This position pays $25 per hour, plus monthly bonus. Requirements Preferred College degree and 2 years of Beverage, Brand Sales, Hospitality, Culinary, Bartender/mixology, Supplier/Wholesaler, Agency Ambassador, or Tasting Room experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school Diploma plus 3 years of Beverage, Brand Sales, Hospitality, Culinary, Bartender/mixology, Supplier/Wholesaler, Agency Ambassador, or Tasting Room experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Creative thinker enthusiastic to bring new and different activation ideas to life. Experience with owned social media and networks. Strong time‑management skills. Event and/or activation experience. RBS certification or equivalent certification or in process of obtaining within 6 months of employment. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record. Required to be 21 years of age or older.
