About the Position

Job Title

CT Technologist – Radiology/Cardiology

Contract | Days | 3x13 (8:00–21:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures across Emergency Department, inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings
• Float between ED, main campus, outpatient, and nearby clinic locations as assigned
• Operate GE CT equipment in accordance with departmental protocols and patient care standards
• Document and manage patient imaging data using Epic EMR
• Participate in holiday coverage rotation, working 2 of 4 designated holiday periods annually (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's); if a scheduled workday falls on a holiday, the technologist is expected to work that day
• May be assigned to an emergency response team and expected to remain at or return to the facility during emergency events; specific details will be communicated per event

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) certification required
• BLS (AHA) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CT specialty
• Experience in ED, inpatient, and outpatient settings required
• Epic EMR experience required
• GE CT equipment experience required
• Compact or Louisiana state license must be in hand at time of submittal
• Must reside more than 65 miles from the facility (as reflected on driver's license) to be eligible
• First-time travelers will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience floating across multiple care settings within a large health system
• Familiarity with high-volume, fast-paced imaging environments
• Strong adaptability and ability to work independently across varied clinical locations
