Process Improvement Consultant

Overview Provides consulting to managers, supervisors, and the workforce on the implementation of quality and process improvement initiatives. Lead discussion groups and process implementation efforts. Quantify performance measurements. Gather data and collaborate with technical subject matter experts. Responsibilities Lead discussion groups and drive process implementation efforts. Quantify performance measurements and analyze data to support improvements. Collaborate with technical subject matter experts to gather and interpret data. Qualifications At least 6 years of IT experience in development, testing, or operations and 2 years of experience in process improvement, six-sigma, CMM, CMMI, ISO 900/1 or related process improvement methods.
