Maintenance Technician in Kernersville, NC

Pay: $34.32/HR Direct Placement

Schedule & Pay

Training: Day shift for 1 year until moving to Night shift

After Training: 12-hour night shift, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM (2-2-3 schedule)

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment
• Work with maintenance team, engineering, and equipment suppliers to resolve issues
• Maintain assigned equipment, parts, and work areas
• Identify and report spills, hazards, or environmental concerns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of:
• PLCs, CNC/NC controls, and automated equipment
• AC/DC motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics
• Electrical systems (110V–480V, single & three-phase)

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Kernersville, NC.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $71385.60 - $71385.60/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
