We have an outstanding opportunity with an entrepreneurial, international company seeking to hire a Corporate Tax Director. This role will be a hybrid role at the corporate offices in Greensboro, NC. This role will manage the tax preparation, compliance, and reporting for domestic and international locations.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes financial information to accurately and timely prepare federal, state, and local tax returns
• Reviews prepared tax returns in various countries to ensure proper reporting
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations
• US flow through entity experience
• Privately held company experience preferred
• Understand corporate consolidations
• Foreign tax credit and transfer pricing experience
• Directs employee workload to ensure optimal productivity for departmental goals
• Researches tax structures in new markets to ensure proper compliance for filings
• Sales Tax, experience preferred and Foreign VAT/GST, experience preferred
• Approves hiring, firing, absences, overtime, performance evaluations, disciplining, rewarding, and skill development. Recommends salary changes

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant
• Fifteen years of accounting experience in tax preparation and reporting
• One to two years of experience in public accounting
• Four to Five years of experience in staff supervision

Salary $180,000 - $200,000
