Certified Home Care Aide (Part-time and Full-time)
Job Summary:
At Synergy HomeCare of East King County , we are committed to providing exceptional home care services to our clients in Bellevue, Washington . As a Certified Home Care Aide , you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and personalized care to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as light housekeeping and meal preparation
Monitor and report changes in clients' condition, ensuring prompt communication with healthcare providers and family members
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

Requirements:
Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training in healthcare a plus
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
