Process EngineerGlint Tech Solutions is a women-owned global IT staffing and recruiting firm partnering with a leading enterprise client in the semiconductor industry.The client is developing advanced III-V semiconductor laser wafer fabrication processes, with a focus on InP BH laser fabrication. This role covers photolithography, etching, film deposition, wafer cleaning, metrology, and process control.Key Responsibilities:Support InP BH laser wafer fabrication processesWork across photolithography, holographic grating, film deposition, dry/wet etching, and wafer cleaningMonitor manufacturing processes through SPC and other process-control methodsTroubleshoot fabrication and process issues, driving continuous yield improvementsPartner with device design engineers on DOE and new process developmentDevelop metrology methods to characterize wafer processesAnalyze process data and prepare engineering reportsSupport process equipment maintenance and coordinate with suppliersDevelop work instructions and provide technical training to production techniciansMandatory Skills:M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or related field1–3 years of semiconductor fab experienceHands-on experience with photolithography, dry/wet etching, and wafer cleaningExperience with semiconductor process development, troubleshooting, and process controlFamiliarity with SEM, EDS, ellipsometer, and profilometerNice-to-Have Skills:Experience with III-V, InP, photonics, or semiconductor laser fabricationTo Apply: Send resumes to View email address on click.appcast.io
