Are you a people person who loves helping others, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team? Simon’s Agency, Inc. is looking for energetic, detail-loving individuals to join our Client Services team!
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful problem-solver our clients count on every day. From answering account questions to working closely with our sales team, you’ll play a huge role in creating a positive client experience.
If you enjoy multitasking, communicating with people, and making a difference, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be the “first impression” for our clients with professional and friendly communication
- Assist clients with questions about accounts, placements, payments, and remittances
- Work side-by-side with our sales team to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Accurately enter and manage new business information
- Help create exceptional client experiences every single day

- Love helping people and providing excellent customer service
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks like a pro
- Have strong communication and typing skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Are self-motivated and goal-driven
- Have experience in customer service, client relations, or call centers (big plus!)
- Know your way around Microsoft Office
- Speak multiple languages (huge bonus!)
