Dunkin in Jacksonville are seeking proactive Shift Leaders who will be accountable for the daily operational performance of the restaurant.

Shift Leader's Responsibilities:

• Ensuring excellent hospitality and customer service of the daily operations
• Creating a proactive work environment for Dunkin' team
• Training, Coaching & Team Building
• Efficiently able to manage fast paced daily operation
• Lead the Shift with efficient shift deployment
