General Manager
The General Manager (GM) is the leader of the gym, responsible for the overall financial success, operational excellence, and the quality of the member experience. You will recruit, develop, and lead a high-performance team that reflects the UFC GYM brand and values.

Key responsibilities include team leadership & development, sales & financial performance, and operations & member experience.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of sales experience and 2-3 years in management supervising at least 3-10 employees, proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, a strong understanding of gym-specific financial metrics, high school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred, ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift between 50-120 lbs, current CPR/AED certification required, a nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
