Position Title: Concierge and Barista
Employment Type: Full-Time

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of guest services for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk, Concierge, and High-Rise Operations

• Manage daily front desk operations, including opening and closing procedures for the lobby, common areas, and tour route

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and resident facing spaces to ensure a consistently elevated appearance

• Curate seasonal lobby décor to create a warm and welcoming environment

• Greet residents, prospects, vendors, contractors, and guests, providing exceptional customer service and assistance as needed

• Monitor security cameras, conduct property walks, and follow all established security protocols

• Maintain situational awareness to identify safety hazards, security concerns, or suspicious activity

• Enforce access control and visitor management procedures

• Receive, log, organize, and distribute resident packages, including delivery when needed

• Respond to resident inquiries, service concerns, and follow up on work orders to ensure timely resolution

• Ensure adequate inventory and timely ordering of supplies for concierge services, espresso bar, and common areas

• Ensure front desk coverage at all times during office hours and coordinate scheduling to maintain consistent coverage

• Perform barista services and maintain espresso bar equipment

• Organize and maintain storage areas for safety and operational efficiency

Resident Experience and Engagement

• Support the Property Manager and Elevation Club Director in planning, coordinating, and executing Resident and Elevation Club events

• Oversee onsite and off-site Elevation Club events

• Participate in resident events as part of Elevation Club programming

• Promote resident engagement initiatives, including events, guest suite exchanges, and resident perks programs

• Create and distribute marketing materials to promote resident programming and events

• Proactively create meaningful moments and elevated experiences for residents and guests

• Collaborate with the management team to develop local recommendations for residents, including dining, transportation, recreation, and lifestyle resources

• Assist with resident communications such as newsletters to enhance engagement at the community and within the surrounding area

Administrative and Leadership Support

• Conduct routine site walks to identify service needs and maintain a polished environment

• Complete administrative tasks and reporting as assigned by the Property Manager

• Maintain professional relationships with residents, team members, vendors, and partners

• Assist with leasing tours and clearly communicate Elevation Club benefits to prospects

• Serve as a backup Leasing Specialist and conduct leasing tours as needed

• Model professionalism, strong communication, and service excellence

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in accordance with company standards

• Handle resident and guest information with discretion and confidentiality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree or equivalent experience preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet-based applications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow through

• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills

• Professional, approachable, and service oriented demeanor

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently

• Marketing, event coordination, or budgeting experience preferred

• Hospitality, hotel, or luxury service experience a plus
