Sales: Drive sales through strong product knowledge and customer engagement. Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and tidy; ensure attractive product displays. Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and balance the cash drawer. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products and promotions and communicate information effectively to customers. Team Collaboration: Work with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of service. Feedback and Improvement: Seek feedback from supervisors to improve sales performance. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Enthusiastic and customer-oriented approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and grow in a retail setting. High school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
