Exciting contract opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide vital support for a specialized school-based program. The assignment is full-time, with flexibility to shadow the current BCBA and ensure a smooth transition—ideal for those who prefer a thoughtful onboarding process. The role officially covers a leave beginning in December, but you can start earlier to maximize continuity of care.

Required Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification and licensure
• Experience in school settings, particularly with students who have significant social/emotional needs or challenging behaviors
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially when working with educators, families, and related service providers
• Ability to implement evidence-based behavioral support plans and document progress effectively
• Familiarity with special education services and individualized education plans (IEPs)

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior analytic support for students in the Pyramid Program within a mainstream school
• Conduct assessments, develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate closely with special education teachers, therapists, administrators, and families
• Deliver staff training and direct consultation, as well as ongoing support for program development and implementation
• Participate in meetings which may occur outside standard school hours
