Job Title: Rotocast Machine Operator – 3rd Shift Job Description

Operate rotocast molding equipment to manufacture custom plastic products and protective cases. This role involves machine operation, quality inspection, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.

• Set up and operate rotocast machines.
• Load materials and prepare molds for production.
• Monitor machine performance and product quality.
• Read work orders and follow production instructions.
• Inspect finished parts and identify defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support team production goals and quality standards.

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work 3rd shift.

Clean, organized manufacturing facility in Cannon Falls. Work includes operating molding equipment, handling materials, performing inspections, and supporting production in a team-oriented environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Cannon Falls, MN.

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $66560.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Cannon Falls,MN.
