Job Description
Title:
Nursing Position - Rehabilitation

Schedule:
Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM
Days: Monday - Friday
Weekend Rotation: Yes

Assignment Details:
Contract Weeks: 52
Guaranteed Hours: 0

Requirements:
- Must possess a valid nursing license.
- CPR certification required.
- Experience in rehabilitation nursing preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients recovering from illness or injury.
- Monitor and assess patient health status and report changes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
- Assist patients with daily activities and rehabilitation exercises.
- Document patient care and progress thoroughly in medical records.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and health management.

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation is required for all new staff.
- Background checks and drug screenings will be conducted.
- Scrubs or designated uniform is required for staff.
