Location: Malvern, PA (3 days onsite) - LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY Duration: 1 year (could go up to 3 years) Video Interview is okay

Responsibilities:

Ability to support two scaled Scrum teams, has driven closure of complex impediments, understands, can speak to and uses metrics to identify improvement areas, can bring transparency to large cross family impediments, has advanced agile knowledge such as little's law, theory of constraints, system thinking, product management, scaled agile, promotes healthy team dynamics. Holds PSM 1 or CSM 1.

Qualifications:

Drives outcomes with the core principles of Agile and Lean methodologies and support of two scrum teams. Aligns to scaling practices and standards, Uses metrics to identify improvement opportunities (Team+1*), Drives closure of impediments including taking on ownership of nontechnical impediments, coaches teams to effective scrum events, participates in larger Scrum Lead community sharing insights and knowledge, promotes healthy team dynamics, identifies and brings transparency to cross family impediments, has obtained PSM 1 or CSM 1 certification. Skilled Scrum Lead with PSM1 or CSM1 certification.
