Cashier ($200 Hiring Incentive!)

Overview Mamoun’s Falafel is family-owned and operated for over 50 years, the oldest falafel restaurant in NYC and a longtime Middle Eastern brand. Role We are looking for Cashiers to join our team. Our cashiers are ambassadors of our restaurants and handle customer service aspects including taking orders, communicating with guests, packaging and handing off orders, and keeping the restaurant clean while assisting fellow team members. What you’ll get Great Pay – our pay rates start at $16 per hour, plus an extra $1–$3 per hour in tips. $200 Signing Bonus – $100 after 45 days (based on at least 100 total hours) and an additional $100 after 90 days (based on at least 200 total hours). This bonus is only available for first-time hires. Referral Bonus – receive $100 when you refer someone through our referral program. Paid Breaks with Free Shift Meals No prior experience necessary – our training program will teach you everything you need to know. Growth opportunities – participate in our development program to advance to Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or General Manager. If you enjoy training others, you can become an in-store trainer with the opportunity to support a New Store Opening (travel).
