Temporary Customer Service Representative

This temporary role supports our team during our busiest time of year by providing excellent customer service, assisting with high client contact projects, and accurately entering information into a variety of systems. To be considered candidates must live in the Eastern time zone. Assignment Details:

Up to 4-month assignment depending on business needs Full time hours

Hours are typical 8-5 M-F Eastern time

Possible overtime hours required

This is a remote role. Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain customer information in company systems
• Contact customers via phone or email
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve routine questions or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Work on projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent
• Demonstrated professional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Salesforce experience helpful

The annual hourly wage for this position is $22.00.
