Marketing Manager, Campaigns & Messaging- Spine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Marketing Manager to lead campaign strategy and messaging for the Spine business unit. The role develops integrated marketing campaigns, messaging frameworks, and content strategies aligned with commercial objectives, working across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of integrated marketing campaign strategies aligned with commercial and business objectives
- Build annual and launch-specific campaign roadmaps supporting portfolio priorities and growth initiatives
- Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, and storytelling strategies for consistent communications
- Determine content requirements across digital, social, web, and field communication channels
- Establish campaign governance, planning processes, and performance measurement standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 5–10+ years progressive marketing, campaign strategy, or commercial experience
- Demonstrated experience developing integrated campaigns in healthcare, medical device, or life sciences
- Expertise in messaging, positioning, and content strategy development
- Strong strategic planning and cross-functional leadership capabilities
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in matrixed organizations
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and partners
