As one of the Northwest's largest community health centers with over 40 clinics across Washington and Oregon, the facility provides comprehensive care with a team-based approach and strong commitment to eliminating barriers to health and well-being.
Opportunity:
Family Medicine Physician
Job Details:
• Provide full scope family medicine care including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Manage your own patient panel in a patient-centered medical home model
• Work with underserved and migrant farmworker populations
• 1.0 FTE position (40 hours per week with 34 clinical hours and 6 administrative hours)
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for patient care documentation
• Work alongside certified bilingual Medical Assistants for translation support
• Participate in team-based approach to comprehensive patient care
• Must complete ACGME/AOA-accredited Family Medicine Residency program
• Opportunity for 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Guatemala
• Base compensation of $322,000 per year with guaranteed first-year salary
• $30,000 hiring bonus and $20,000 relocation allowance
• Malpractice insurance coverage with no tail coverage policy needed
• Visa assistance available for J1 Waiver and H1B
• $3,700 annual CME allowance with 5 days of CME time
• Medical, dental, and vision benefits at no cost to employees
• Multiple retirement plan options and profit-sharing
