About the Role:

TEO BIA Corp in New Hyde Park, NY is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable dining experiences, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and allergen information
• Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Process payments accurately, including cash, credit, and POS transactions
• Keep tables, service stations, and dining areas clean and properly set

Requirements:

• Previous serving or food service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a guest-first mindset
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet minimum age requirements for serving alcohol where applicable
