Medicare Advantage Sales Agent – Join a growing Medicare sales organization and help seniors make informed healthcare decisions. We are seeking licensed Medicare Advantage Sales Agents to work from our Coral Springs Office and or remotely handling 100% Medicare calls from individuals actively seeking information about their Medicare options. No cold calling. No door-to-door sales. No prospecting required.

Responsibilities

• Answer outbound and inbound calls from Medicare beneficiaries interested in coverage options
• Educate prospects on Medicare Advantage plans and benefits
• Conduct needs-based consultations and enroll eligible individuals
• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the enrollment process
• Follow CMS and carrier compliance guidelines
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Work closely with team leadership to achieve individual and team goals

Qualifications Required

• Active Florida Health Insurance License
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Professional phone presence
• Ability to work full-time in our office or remotely
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Preferred

• Medicare Advantage sales experience
• AHIP Certification
• Call center or inbound sales experience
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Compensation

• Hourly wage and commission-based compensation with bonus opportunities

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 9am-06p
• Tuesday-Saturday 9a-06p
