POSITION: Guest Services SpecialistDEPARTMENT: Guest ServicesREPORTS TO: Guest Services ManagerFLSA STATUS: Salaried/ExemptSummaryLegends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Guest Services Specialist for Legends Global/Caesars Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and facilitate Team Member training programs: annual, client-based, and new-hire orientationsAct as the liaison to clientele (Saints and Pelicans) for coordinating league-specific training initiativesCreative design and drafting of Team Member bulletins and correspondenceCreative design and development of quarterly newsletterCreate, edit, and update departmental manuals and materialsMaintain and update Team Member Tool BoxAssist in coordination and facilitation of Team Member PodcastsFacilitate Reward & Recognition program during events (i.e., MVTM, A Little Lagniappe)Coordinate events as part of Reward & Recognition program (i.e., Cinema in the Square, TM Appreciation Party)Address questions/concerns via the Guest Services general phone lineAssist in monitoring and responding to Caesars Superdome, SKC, Champions Square & ADA Contact Us emailsServe as ADA Facilitator during eventsAssist with supervising the Incident Management System (IMS), devices, and upgradesServe as Lead Person on duty on a rotation basis for eventsAll other duties as assignedQualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
