Physical Therapist Assistant – Full‑time Location: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) – Long‑Term Care setting. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will provide physical therapy treatments, assist with patient identification, collaborate with team members, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with state practice guidelines. Responsibilities Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with state practice guidelines. Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes. Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements. Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and remain current. Qualifications Associate’s degree from an APTA‑accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
