Working remotely, the full-time Benefits Call Center Representative will assist customers by answering inbound calls related to defined benefit pension plans and retirement programs, managing call volume while ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines. Key responsibilities: Answer inbound calls regarding pension eligibility, benefit calculations, and retirement estimates Process requests accurately while navigating multiple systems and maintaining a steady call volume Deliver a professional and positive experience for every caller, focusing on customer service excellence Required qualifications: Previous customer service and call center experience Experience with defined benefit pension plans or retirement programs preferred High school diploma or GED Successful completion of a background check and drug test Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote environment
