Acquisitions Analyst

We are looking for a multifamily acquisitions analyst to join an active and well-established real esate investment firm. The analyst will join an entrepreunerial team and get broad exposure to acquisitions/dispositions, asset management, financing, and capital raising. Investments include value-add and opportunistic strategies for conventional, affordable, and student multifamily product.
Responsibilities:
- Support acquistions team with underwriting, due diligence, market research, financing, and closing.
- Support asset management team with operating and capex analysis, returns/valuation calculations, oversight of existing assets, and collaborate with third parties.
- Prepare cash flow analysis and presentations for new and existing assets.
- Travel to assets as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of real estate experience in acquisiitons, asset management, or brokerage.
- Proficient in Excel modeling and Powerpoint.
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business, real estate, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
