Define and refine complex offer attributes, variables, business rules, and technical requirements associated with marketing requests. Lead requirements-gathering sessions and stakeholder discussions to understand business objectives, identify dependencies, resolve questions, and obtain necessary approvals. Facilitate the development and submission of technical requirements to downstream IT and catalog/configuration teams responsible for implementation. Participate as a subject matter expert in solutioning discussions, helping business partners and technical teams determine appropriate approaches for achieving business objectives. Partner with Architecture, Engineering, application teams, and other IT subject matter experts to evaluate technical solutions, system impacts, dependencies, and implementation requirements. Support backend IT configuration and development activities that ultimately drive functionality presented through customer, agent, ordering, and other front-end experiences. Partner with testing and validation teams to ensure implemented solutions perform as intended across applicable front-end experiences and business processes. Gain alignment and communicate product, promotion, offer, and technical requirements across Strategy, Marketing, IT, Engineering, Customer Care/Sales Operations, Legal, and other stakeholder organizations. Manage cross-functional teams through requirements gathering, solution development, implementation, validation, launch, and ongoing lifecycle management. Act as a liaison and subject matter expert to internal clients and business units regarding products, services, promotions, offers, and associated technical capabilities. Provide regular leadership readouts and presentations regarding assigned products, promotions, project status, risks, dependencies, and key decisions.
