What You’ll Be Doing

As an Assistant Manager , you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the General Manager in leading and motivating the team.
- Ensuring excellent guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service.
- Overseeing food quality and presentation to meet our fresh and healthy standards.
- Assisting with scheduling, training, and mentoring team members to help them grow.
- Monitoring inventory and supplies to keep the restaurant running efficiently.
- Handling any challenges that arise with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with:
- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- A positive attitude and a passion for creating a welcoming environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to teamwork and helping others succeed.
