Senior GIS Support Analyst.

Job Title Senior GIS Support Analyst Location Brooklyn, New York 11217 Duration Long Term Assignment Provide development and technical support (1st, 2nd or Tier 3 Level) to the ConEd ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications. Take up development for minor enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, ASP .NET (C#). Support ConED Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests. Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites. System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems. Publish services and administer user roles and privileges. Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc. Support hours shift: Be flexible from 9 AM up to 9 PM EST and weekend on a rotational base. Required Skills / Experience 5-10 years of experience in administrating and supporting ArcFM applications. Development and coding experience using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, .NET (C#). Experience in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administering ArcGIS server sites. System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems. Publishing services and administering user roles and privileges. Ability to coordinate with other teams such as server support, security, DBA, etc. Ability to understand requirements and support the team while sharing best practices/lessons learned. Providing status of tickets to the client SME. Troubleshooting and problem resolution for issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications. Additional Skills Utility Experience (Plus): Leverage utility industry experience to enhance GIS solutions and contribute to industry‑specific initiatives. Windows servers knowledge and experience. FME Experience: Work closely with FME Suite for GIS Landbase activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Nice To Have
