Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

Your Responsibilities:

• Load, tie down, tarp, and transport flatbed freight safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with hours-of-service and DOT rules.
• Coordinate closely with dispatch and use company 24/7 support for routing.

Compensation & Opportunity: Earn 80% of gross (avg weekly $7,500–$10,000) with a lease-to-own track to ownership in one year; equipment includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner. Pet & rider-friendly and a 90-day test drive.
