Requirements:

• Current Wyoming RN license or multi-state RN license
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications through American Heart Association (required)
• Experience in Medical/Surgical nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to medical/surgical patients based on evidence-based practice
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Administer medications via multiple routes and monitor for adverse reactions
• Perform clinical procedures including IV insertion, catheterization, and wound care
• Monitor and interpret specialized medical equipment and respond appropriately to patient status changes
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care, disease management, and surgical procedures
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation of patient care activities
• Participate in discharge planning and ensure continuity of care
• Respond to emergency situations following established protocols and nursing standards
